Chef Joseph Foriska of The Bluff Restaurant • Bar • Terrace will prepare a six course dinner showcasing San Juan Islands’ local produce, seafood and meat paired with wines from Northwest winemaker Chris Primus of San Juan Vineyards. A celebration of all things local, including Chef Joseph and our vineyard partner, you can experience a true Island cornucopia with treats such as Lopez Island’s Shoal Bay Oysters, vegetables from Blue Moon Produce on Waldron Island, and braised beef shank from Jones Family Farms on Lopez Island. So join us for dinner at the local favorite and celebrate the local favorites!
