The Challenge

Washington Energy Services provides a wide range of residential improvement products and services, including sales and installation of water heaters, heat pumps, furnaces, windows, and door. AMV's objectives included lowering PPC Estimate Form conversion costs, optimizing the www.washingtonenergy.com website to improve organic search results, PCI compliance assistance, and administration of their cloud computing environment.

The Process

AMV started with a comprehensive audit of the PPC campaign, and adjusted settings and tactics to optimize keyword bid spend. We created new ads for each Ad Group, and refined the campaigns geo-targeting area to match Washington Energy's expanding service area.

For organic search, we conducted comprehensive keyword research and created title tags and meta data for all pages on the site. We researched inbound linking opportunities, and provided recommendations and support for social media initiatives.

AMV manages Washington Energy's cloud computing environment including operating system upgrades and staging server integrating. We also provide the technical support required to achieve PCI Compliance

The Solution & Results

Within the first 60 days of managing the pay per click campaign, conversion costs dropped more than 70%, translating to a commensurate increase in conversions utilizing the same budgeted spend level. Additionally, organic non-branded search traffic has improved 8.8% YOY on critical, high-value keywords. Finally, Washington Energy has achieved full PCI compliance.
